Fees

Estimates tied to contracts and entities, not seat counts

We quote after a scoping call. The ranges below help finance teams budget; final fees reflect document volume, entity count, and how tightly your reporting deadline sits.

Engagement Starting range What moves the fee
Revenue recognition review From NT$85,000 Number of entities, active contracts in sample, languages of agreements
Subscription billing health check From NT$42,000 Product lines in scope, quality of deferred schedule, credit volume
Pre-audit revenue walkthrough From NT$55,000 Audit fieldwork dates, binder maturity, unusual revenue items
Multi-entity recognition alignment Quoted after mapping Entity structure, shared contracts, consolidation complexity

How estimates are built

We ask for a rough count of active recurring contracts, whether setup fees and credits are common, and which entities hit the close. On-site days in Greater Taipei and rush timelines inside two weeks attract a clear surcharge stated in the engagement letter.

Deposits and billing

A 40% deposit confirms the kickoff date. The balance is invoiced on delivery of the findings memo or walkthrough pack. Fees are professional service fees — not software licences or subscriptions.

What we do not price here

Statutory audit opinions, tax filings, and bookkeeping retainers sit outside our offer. If your question belongs with another adviser, we will say so during scoping.
