Data we collect

From enquiries: name, email, company, engagement interest, and message content. From engagements: contact details of nominated staff and documents you supply (which may include personal data embedded in contracts or invoices). From the site: technical logs and, if accepted, analytics cookies described in our cookie notice.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, perform contracted reviews, maintain engagement records, improve site reliability, and meet legal or professional obligations.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless they become part of an engagement file. Engagement files are retained for at least seven years, or longer where professional or legal requirements demand. Analytics data, if collected, is retained according to the provider settings described in the cookie notice.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who host email or files under confidentiality obligations, and with professional advisers when required for an engagement. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some processors may store data outside Taiwan. Where transfers occur, we use contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination and the sensitivity of the material.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, or object to certain processing. Contact us at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority where available.

Children

Our services are directed to business finance teams. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
