Acceptance

By using apidynamo.digital or commissioning work from API Dynamo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request an engagement.

Services described on this site

Pages describing engagements are informational. A binding engagement exists only after both parties sign an engagement letter that states scope, fees, and timeline. Website fee ranges are estimates, not offers.

No assurance or legal advice

Our reviews and memos do not constitute a statutory audit, review engagement under assurance standards, or legal advice. You remain responsible for your financial statements and for decisions taken after receiving our findings.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and templates remain the property of API Dynamo. Engagement deliverables are licensed to the client for internal use, including sharing with auditors and advisers, unless the engagement letter states otherwise. You may not republish our memos as marketing materials without written consent.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate documents and timely responses. Delays in the document pack may shift delivery dates. We may suspend work if required information is withheld.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, API Dynamo’s aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or reputational harm, except where liability cannot be limited under Taiwan law.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or scrape content for commercial reuse without permission. Enquiry forms must contain accurate contact details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts located in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, subject to any dispute clause in a signed engagement letter.
